Orders & Shipping
When you place an order with Morbau, it is processed at our European warehouse. As soon as it’s packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. This typically happens within 1–2 days after your purchase.
If you encounter any delays or delivery issues, please contact us at support@morbau.com. Sometimes couriers experience problems such as incorrect address delivery or other disruptions. In such cases, Morbau will assist you in investigating the issue and work to ensure you receive your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation including your tracking number will be sent via email.
Orders are usually dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Returns & Exchanges
At Morbau, we offer free returns within 100 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

If you didn’t receive a return label, email us at support@morbau.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after inspection by our warehouse team, typically within 7–14 days from the day your return is received. Only unopened and unused products qualify for a full refund.
COMPLAINTS
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Contact support@morbau.com to receive a free return label, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Due to our fast shipping process, we may not be able to cancel orders after they have been placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 1–2 hours of placing your order.

We only offer replacements for items that are new, unopened, defective, or damaged. If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact Morbau Support for instructions.
Product Questions
Our brush heads are engineered for durability and performance. For the best experience, we recommend replacing them every 3 months.
For daily care, we recommend removing the brush head and rinsing both the handle and brush head thoroughly with water after each use.
For a deeper clean, use a spare brush head to gently remove any buildup with water.
Our toothpaste is made in Sweden. Our toothbrush and accessories are made in China. The brush head bristles are made in the US.
Yes, all Morbau products meet the highest international standards and are certified with CE and RoHS compliance, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible. Additionally, our devices are IPX7 rated, meaning they are fully waterproof and built to withstand everyday use with confidence.
Our formulation is thoughtfully composed 98% of our ingredients are of natural origin. We do, however, choose to include fluoride (1450ppm), much like many trusted toothpastes. Used at a carefully considered level, it is safe if accidentally swallowed. Still, we believe in a gentler ritual: brushing with intention, then releasing the toothpaste with a simple rinse of water.

Your Morbau toothbrush comes with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery if purchased directly from morbau.com.
Here’s what our 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty includes:
Full coverage of any manufacturing faults, defects, or irregularities, free of charge.
It does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
The warranty is void if unauthorized repairs are made or if the product has been tampered with.
Warranty repairs or replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
