Morbau 2-Year Warranty

We design our products to last. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Morbau offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects under normal use of our electric toothbrush. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Morbau or authorized retailers and requires a valid receipt.

What’s covered

The warranty covers functional defects, including issues with the motor, charging function, and battery performance, when used as intended.

What’s not covered

Normal wear and tear, including degradation of battery capacity over time
Brush heads (these are considered consumables)
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
Exposure to liquids beyond water resistance rating, extreme temperatures, chemicals, or neglect
Loss or theft
Damage due to external impact or environmental factors

What qualifies as normal use?

Brushing up to twice per day, rinsing the brush head under water, and storing the device in a dry place.

How to make a claim

Who the warranty applies to

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If your claim is approved

At our discretion, we will:

Replace the device with a new or refurbished unit
Provide replacement parts if applicable
Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the issue and condition of the product

Limitation of liability

This warranty does not cover any indirect or incidental damages, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
